Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and rapidly growing Events Business who are looking for an Sales Manager to drive their existing Sales team and focus on the growth of the division as a whole.

Role Responsibilities

  • Drive sales campaigns across the internal sales teams
  • Ensure that all targets are met by Sales Executives and KPIs adhered to
  • Develop and target corporate accounts
  • Set objectives, coaching and performance monitoring of Sales Executives
  • Responsible for sales targets set by the Sales Director
  • Develop strategies to ensure revenue growth
  • Present sales and revenue reports and deliver forecasts to the Sales Director

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • High performing sales manager with experience in Media
  • Demonstrated the ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organisation
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Demonstrated successful sales record of high value sales activity in a B2B environment
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Must be professional, diligent, and have a flexible approach to work
  • Excellent organisational and time keeping skills
