Job Summary

Our client is a PREMIUM RETAILER with a global presence. They specialise in fine quality products that have developed a loyal customer following over generations. They operate a number of eye catching stores and boutiques across the UK. Due to continued success they are looking for a Regional VM manager o be responsible for their stores in the South East

Role Responsibilities

  • Checks the Visual Merchandising implementation at all stores based on the market activation plan and in line with global guidelines and policies
  • Executes Visual Merchandising training for the Sales Team in all channels
  • Supports the ordering of VM tools and displays.
  • Coordinates if global Visual Merchandising tools need to be printed locally.
  • Works closely with Merchandising, Marketing colleagues and District Managers
  • Coordinates Visual Merchandising for new openings, relocations and refurbishments.
  • Supports Visual Merchandising for events
  • Provides feedback as well as any other ideas to central on any improvement areas
  • Secures good communication flow with the Global team and key stakeholders across the organisation

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar Visual Merchandising role in a Consumer Goods Business
  • Solid background in visual merchandising
  • Ability to train and coach
  • Willingness to travel 100% of working time and have a driving license
