Role Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Head Chef and having involvement in the day to day kitchen operation, ensuring every dish is perfect quality and produced on time
  • Stock management including supplier liaison, controlling wastage to achieve GP Show initiative, drive and passion, thinking on your feet to handle high-volume shifts
  • Working with the team, coaching staff and encouraging their development
  • Use excellent attention to detail to deliver impeccable brand standards
  • Ensuring consistently impeccable standards of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety

  • Able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Communicate effectively at all levels
  • Planning and organising skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and standards
  • Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands on approach to your work
