We work with large PLC’s and corporate organisations who have a large Head Office, Regional Support Offices and stores in every town across the UK in fashion, footwear and accessories, DIY, department stores, luxury, home furnishings, telecoms and electrical, supermarkets and convenience and value & discount sectors.
We also work with small, independent and niche retailers who can have a much smaller Head Office presence and staffing requirements, which is underpinned by a smaller store portfolio.
We work with each company to understand their vision and values and how their Finance team is structured. The subtle nuances of candidate fit and environment can often be as important as product and retail sector expertise. We like to understand the team dynamic and the culture within that team so that we can account for this when recommending suitable candidates. Although based in the UK and specialising in the UK retail market, the UK retail sectors are globally revered and as a result we often source candidates for Buying & Merchandising roles as far afield as Australia, New Zealand and the UAE.
We recruit a range of Finance roles from Finance Director and Head of Finance through to entry level Finance and Graduate positions. Typical salaries will range from an entry level, or part qualified position on £18k-£22k through to an Executive Finance role with a PLC on up to £180k.
