We are working with a well-established manufacturer in the Construction products sector. The business are looking to significantly grow its presence within the industrial and commercial flooring market. With a strong brand, great reputation, clear focus and ambitious long-term plans, this is a business investing in both people and strategy to drive organic growth.
 
This is a sales-driven role, but one that involves real end-to-end project involvement – from identifying opportunities, through pricing and contractor liaison, to on-site support (with technical assistance available when needed).

The business are completely open to location for the successful candidate. The role comes with company car so a full driving licence is required.

Area Sales Manager – Responsibilities & Requirements 

• Responsible for selling to flooring distributors and flooring contractors 
• Selling a high quality range of flooring adhesive & sealant products
• Proven experience in sales within the construction industry (ideally industrial/resin flooring)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong network within specialist flooring applicators and relevant contractor base
• Proactively identify and develop flooring projects in your territory
• Act as the face of the business for key flooring customers and applicators
• Cross-sell complementary systems from the broader product portfolio
• Maintain strong visibility on project pipeline, stock levels and performance metrics
