The PVQ measures the fundamental building blocks of personality and combines this with a measurement of values and motives. Alongside the personality assessment, the PVQ provides and assessment of values and motives, broken down by interpersonal values such as a ‘need for altruism’, professional values such as a ‘need for achievement’ and personal values such as ‘traditional values.
